I like variety in my life and really enjoy the various programs I offer.
Individual Programs– These are for people who want personalized support and get most out of the one-on-one dynamic. If you have unique and specific goals, focusing on them with someone watching and even asking someone to hold you accountable for your own goals, can be a powerful process. Group Programs– My groups are for people who like to get together to learn and share stories, to support each other and have a sense of community during the process of dietary and lifestyle change. Employee Wellness– Does your employer offer incentives to quit smoking or lose weight? Perhaps they subsidize your gym membership… You can add this customized nutrition group to your employer’s wellness program offering. Workshops– I put together custom workshops for your employees, organization or function. Topics include “Healthy Aging and the Elderly,” “Transitioning to Whole Food” (for home health aids), “A Whole Foods Approach to Weight Loss,” and “Healthy Eating for Kids and Toddlers.” In addition to custom workshops, I have a series of workshops I do regularly, including “Sugar Blues” and my “Context of Food” series which includes “The Ancestral Food Workshop” and “The World Food Workshop.” To learn more about my workshops, click here.
