The next Food Lifestyle Group starts on Monday June 29, and will run for six Mondays (except 7/20) ending on August 10th from 6:30 to 8pm. This will be the second six-week session held at RHEAL Day Spa in Rockland.

The Food Group is offered at $45 per class the day of the class or $255 ($15 savings) for all six classes paid in advance. An EARLY BIRD special is available until June 12 – $240 ($30 savings) for all six classes.

A group program is possible with as few as 6 participants who come together for 6 workshops over the course of three months. These workshops are designed to help participants:
- explore which specific foods support or hinder you,
- get new recipes and discover new foods,
- understand and avert your cravings,
- learn new techniques of self-nourishing and
- demystify marketing claims
- connect with others trying to shift their food and lifestyle, both in person and on the forum.
The aim is for participants to feel empowered about their health and get confident in their ability to create meaningful, permanent changes in their habits and have some fun! This approach is not about dieting or restriction, it’s about learning to honor your uniqueness and make changes that will make you and your family healthier for the rest of your lives.
The cost is $90 per person, per month, or $255 if paid in full- OR- Get The Early Bird Discount for $85 per person, per month or $240 paid in full if you register and pay one week before the start date. Payment by cash, check or Visa/MC are accepted.
A commitment to all six sessions is required.

A three-month group that meets every other week for a total of 6 sessions.
Session 1—
• Introduction and format, challenges and goals
• Greens, organics, personal change
Session 2—
• Mood and food, cravings
• Grains, sugar addiction, history of refined food
Session 3—
• Primary Food–Exercise
• Protein, modern system, clean sources of meat/poultry/fish
Session 4 –-
• Primary Food– Career
• Fats and oils, good ones in, bad ones out.
Session 5—
• Primary Food—Spirituality
• Bioindiviuality markers, healthy food-on-the-go
Session 6—
• Primary Food –Relationships
• Cultural trends, marketing, maintaining momentum
