Woman potting flowersThe goals of your personalized wellness program are to radically improve your life, resolve concerns specific to you and your body and to provide you with tools for a lifetime of balance. We will work on finding the right foods for your body and the other areas of your life that feed you on the deepest levels. This unique approach provides meaningful, lasting results. Studies show that it takes at least six months for changes in your habits to become permanent changes. My six-month program is designed to gently and supportively help you transition to more healthful habits.

Individual Programs;

1) Wellness Program; six months- $990 or $165 a month

• a one-hour session every other week (12 in total)
• handouts, recipes, foods-to-try, self-care products and other materials
• custom-researched resources for your specific challenges.
• a group tour of our local health food store and/or grocery store.
• access to my library of health books, cookbooks, CDs and DVDs.
• access to my online multimedia learning center (now under construction) which will include:

• a community forum
• latest nutrition and health headlines
• forms and exercises
• cooking instruction videos
• podcasts, teleclasses and downloads for your ipod
• an expanding library of cool, fun recipes to try.

• monthly health e-newsletter subscription
• free admission for you and a friend to my wellness seminars

2) Healing Program; six months- $1350 or $225 a month

• everything from program 1, plus:
• one session is a double session at your house with a kitchen evaluation
• a follow-up email after each session with specific recommendations
• e-mail support in between sessions
• your choice of one session of massage, watsu, personal training, shiatsu, reiki, energy psychology, a cooking class or an ayurvedic assessment.

3) Premium Program; six months- $2400 or $400 a month

• everything from programs 1 and 2, plus:
• an in-home cooking lesson
• house calls (sessions at your home, if in Camden)
• two personal food store tours (one health food and one grocery store)
• a health book or a cookbook for your library each month
• subscription to Maine Food and Lifestyle magazine

Next Level Program– 3 or 6 months, $225 a month

This is a program that is available only to those clients who have completed an individual 6-month program and want to take their life to the next level. It can be added to the end of a 6-month program for those who want to deepen their experience and who don’t want to lose momentum, or it can be started at any time at a later date.

• a one-hour session every other week (6 or 12 in total)

• emphasis during this second stage is a deeper, more finely-tuned exploration of the bio-individuality markers of your constitution and how they each affect your equilibrium, physically , emotionally and spiritually.

• a follow-up email after each session with specific recommendations
• e-mail support in between sessions

Connection Program– $30 a year

This is for clients who have experienced the benefit of a supportive community on our forum and found the continuing education modules in the online multimedia resource center to be so valuable, they don’t want to leave. Continued membership fosters ongoing dialogue with me (as forum moderator) and other members who are on a path of health empowerment.

Conventional dietary theories present you with food restrictions and limitations that are difficult to sustain over time. Such quick fixes do nothing to help you achieve life-long wellness nor do they bring out the body’s natural inclination toward balance. Together, we will introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. As you start to feel better, these habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthful ones.

As you become more physically fit, other areas of your life such as relationships, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better, and to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.

In our first consultation we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals.
